I'm often skeptical about chain emails such as the one that which included the above information. I tried to verify the data, but haven't been able to as yet. California Vehicle Code Section 42000.5 puts limits on how high the ticket can be, $100 for less than 10 mph over the speed limit on first offense. Perhaps, the VC was amended but hasn't appeared on the web as yet. But before I publish this kind of email, I myself choose to verify the data. How's IT work these days? I myself am a retired database programmer.
After a month of my Civic being completely destroyed in a car accident, I bought my new car yesterday. It's Honda Accord 2009 LX-P Maro...
